What you will do:
Dosh is looking for a strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to help us expand our success in working with large enterprise merchants. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in support of our Sales Directors by generating interest and qualifying prospects. You’ll also help to manage our merchants in support of our Merchant Success Directors. Reporting to our Senior Director of Operations, you’ll get to thrive in a small but rapidly growing operations and sales team environment where creative problem-solving is required, and you will learn to develop a challenger mindset in order to accelerate partner acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest while ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Work closely with sales executives around messages that resonate with our market and articulate needs for collateral that can accelerate opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership to optimize territory strategies and coverage
  • Articulate a vision, help position Dosh distinctly in the minds of prospects, working with them to overcome challenges and objections, and inspiring them to take the next step
  • Gain a deep understanding of the retail and restaurant spaces
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Dosh’s value proposition and awareness of competitors in the online education space
  • Assist our Sales Directors and Merchant Success Directors in managing deal Opportunities in Salesforce.com 
  • Participate in team-building where you will learn from colleagues and continue to hone your ability to add value to your relationships by challenging and problem-solving

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2+ years of SDR or inside sales experience/prospecting directly into enterprise companies
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day and developing/executing thoughtful ongoing contact strategies
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability tailor messaging according to audience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of success
