Dropoff is looking for a Sales Director who would be responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching a team of 7-10 quota-carrying SDR’s & Account Executives  
  • Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, how to close opportunities and career planning/development

  • Helping define sales and marketing processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

  • Maintaining a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricing

  • Recruiting sales reps with minimal turnover

  • Leading a sales team where at least 75% of the team met quota

  • Coaching sales reps to effectively navigate complex and multi-layered organizations

 

**This position is based out of Austin, TX**

 

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 5 years of individual B2B sales experience with a complex product and sales process

  • At least 2 years managing a quota-carrying sales team (strong preference for services sales experience)

  • Startup ready, strong work ethic, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to get it done.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven track record of consistent sales growth, quota attainment, & building and maintaining long term relationships with customers

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a solution-oriented sales process including qualification, buying process, decision makers, budgets, drafting proposals and closing

  • Experience using CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and measuring system compliance
