Identify, own and implement enablement programs to improve the performance of the sales team with focus best practices and repeatability.
Own the onboarding process of new hires by leading sessions related to our sales methodology, SOP’s, messaging, go-to-market, industry and differentiation.
Channel partner sales training.
Conduct the continued skill development to new and existing team members.
Orchestrate activities related to sales kickoffs, weekly communications, and other enablement opportunities.
Partner with sales management to Identify training opportunities for sales reps and sales managers.
Work with internal constituents on content development of enablement assets.
Establish sales enablement program productivity KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness.
Own the organization and curation of the sales content
Partner with Sales Operations on methodology, SOP’s and adoption and usage of sales tools
Work with operations team to make recommendations for improved sales efficiency and effectiveness
