Sales Enablement Manager

RigUp is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager that will be responsible for enabling our sales team from on-boarding and ramp-up to career development skills that will empower them to do their jobs more proficiently. What You'll Be Doing
- In partnership with the Sr. Manager/Director of Sales Enablement, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product/Marketing, and Operations in designing curriculum strategies that are in line with current and long term corporate revenue goals
- Own, from start to finish, the discovery, development, implementation, and analysis of interactive and engaging sales training content in multiple formats (instructor led, eLearning, virtual learning, knowledge transfer) for sales onboarding, sales methodology training, new product sales training, career path/manager training, sales training events
- Build support tools and training content design - battle cards, standard operating procedures, best practices, pro-tips
- Build engaging learning validation exercises into instructor led training and eLearning programs
- Collaborate with SMEs to integrate credibility and knowledge into sales training courses/programs, and build sales stories that enhance the buyer experience
- Partner with instructional design team to bring training content to life
- Partner with LMS administrator to build eLearning content as stand alone training and/or in support of training courses
- Act as a sales enablement and product subject matter expert by staying up-to-date on current processes, products, and platforms, as well as sales industry trends
- Providing hands-on coaching, feedback, and certification for individual contributors
- Plan, facilitate and conduct training classes on sales techniques and methodologies involved in selling RigUps products and services (in conjunction with the SE team and intermittently with cross-functional teams such as HR, Sales, HSE, Sales Ops, etc.)
- Gather insights from surveys and feedback sessions to provide continual upgrades to the training experience and provide metrics as to sales enablement ROI
What You Should Have
- 4-6 years of customer-facing experience with growth in responsibility (e.g. Sales, Sales Training, Customer Success, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team and creating learning content/programs and planning/delivering training courses
- Strong problem solving skills with a proven ability to organize and analyze feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A passion for building relationships and internal networks
- Comfortable with ambiguity - able to work independently and be flexible as the core responsibilities and duties of this team evolve
- Team player who leads with kindness in all that they do
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks with varying deadlines
- Strong collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with peers, SME’s, leadership, stakeholders, etc. across the RigUp landscape
