The Associate Account Executive plays an important role in achieving both team and individual sales goals on an on-going basis. The AAE Team Lead job duties will include:

 

Reporting

Campaign development, working with marketing and sales to successfully organize launch monthly campaigns, monthly campaign execution, campaign monitoring

 

Forecasting

Helping to forecast appropriately, proper stage, opportunity qualification etc.

 

Coaching/Mentoring

Call-coaching, lead approval, quota tracking, productivity monitoring, team awards/recognition

Assistance with ongoing team recruitment efforts and subsequent employee training and development, including formal/informal performance reviews

 

Pipeline Management

Analysis across monthly campaigns, analysis of AAE activity, checking opps and reporting against AAE dashboards, pipeline/sold reports of all campaigns etc

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous sales or prospecting experience
  • Excellent people management skills; Solid coaching/mentoring; prior team lead experience desired
  • Ability to lead a team, to drive for results on projects involving multiple departments
  • Ability to manage workloads and adapt assignments, making trade-offs as necessary to meet company and client product goals
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • High-energy and a desire to succeed
