Onboarding Manager
Our growing go-to-market training team at Enverus is looking for a motivated individual to guide new hires on the growth and retention sales teams through an onboarding program for the purpose of quickly and effectively getting ramped into their new roles. We are looking for someone who can manage and coordinate the onboarding experience and make improvements and adjustments to create a structured and scalable onboarding program. Additionally, this person will have the limitless energy required to carry out engaging, impactful and inspiring sessions, someone who can help simplify complex topics, with a passion for getting new employees excited about learning, and someone who understands the buyer's journey, sales, technology and adult education.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leverage current metrics to plan and build improvements into the onboarding program
  • Support training of new sales employees through design and execution to deliver effective onboarding.
  • Align with the sales management, product marketing, and all other teams who need to communicate their aligned processes to the sales team.
  • Turn market positioning, messaging and product capabilities into sales-specific content to help get sales teams prepared for positive customer interactions.
  • Improve the following metrics: time to quota ramp, time to first deal, pipeline ratios, win rates, rep retention, tool utilization and overall training ROE/ROI.
  • Ensure compliance and dedication to our sales process, aligning it with other stakeholders across the customer's buying journey.
  • Coach sales teams on soft skills aligning throughout the sales cycle (i.e. prospecting, building calling confidence, strategic discovery, negotiation tactics, deal closing process etc.)
  • Support reinforcement of initiatives rolled out by various other parts of the teams such as sales methodology, process updates, solution updates, messaging standardization, etc.
  • Partner with the global training and enablement team to eliminate possible silos across regions and departments to continue streamlining and standardization.
  • Build strategies to ensure sales reps complete the necessary training sessions and certifications so they can be sent into territory upon completion.
  • Build strategies to ensure sales reps are able to retain information related to company, industry, product, systems and tools, and sales skills
  • Ability to learn Enverus' technology well enough to teach teams to understand the value, which will enable them to sell and use it.
  • Facilitate individual and team talent assessment, building and improving upon a variety of tools to identity and groom future sales leaders
  • Own and enforce pre-work New Hires must complete in order to attend live onboarding sessions.
  • Answer ad-hoc rep requests and questions to help them navigate people, information and process at a new organization.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years within SaaS industry, Sales Experience, and 5+ years in a sales enablement or training role
  • Proven track record of success within a sales enablement organization
  • Strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent projects and ability to manage and delegate among large groups
  • Passion for training and the learning environments that you create
  • Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Deep understanding of current sales learning and development trends
  • Strong written, verbal, and social skills
  • Prior sales and tech experience
  • Experience with Sales tools including but not limited to the following: SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, Sales Cadence Tools, Call Analytics Tools, LMS-type tools, etc
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with enterprise learning management and gamification systems


This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: 135,000 - 150,000
