Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining the best possible experience for our sales organization through the development of valued solutions. Maintain systems, tools and processes used by the sales teams and provide general support to all users and define project enhancements to streamline business processes. Responsible for updating and maintaining commissions plans and performing commissions calculations.
Essential Functions:
- Identify and implement solutions that will leverage system capabilities to improve sales and commissions processes and productivity and HR data and programs. Ensure efficiency, alignment with company strategy, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and other and tech teams to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms to enable our field sales teams.
- Gather and analyze sales and commissions data. Calculate and report on commissions. Resolve any issues and respond to commissions related inquiries. Diagnose variations in data and make adjustments as necessary.
- Own assigned parts of change management processes. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
- Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support and maintenance and success tracking.
- Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Define, develop and analyze KPIs.
- Other duties as needed or assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation, or FPA
- Strong business analysis and function experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Strong knowledge of G Suite
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze data, processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills and ability to articulate complex processes
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure
- Exhibit strong attention to detail

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to focus on a single project from start to finish
- Ability to conduct themselves with a high level of discretion
