Our RetailMeNot Sales Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our Austin, Texas HQ. You are a Salesforce / Excel ninja who loves to unlock efficiencies in processes. You embody a team win attitude, and are comfortable interacting with big personalities. As any good Sales Ops-er knows, you will wear many hats and work on a variety of projects to support the revenue goals of the company and the Retail & Brand Solutions (RBS) team. In aggregate, you will be optimizing and analyzing the day-to-day operations of the sales team to unlock insight, efficiencies, and help run the business.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years experience
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Operative One, Jira/Confluence, Clearslide, RingCentral
  • You're a Salesforce aficionado: very important to be able to get going quickly building reports and dashboards, analyzing Salesforce data, and becoming intimately familiar with our environment
  • You collaborate: shine in environments where cross-functional needs have to be considered
  • You're a data nerd: uses data and puts readouts at the center of decision-making and suggested solutions
  • You're detail organized: passionate about taking large, complex datasets and synthesizing them into insights that can be levelled up
  • You're a process builder: when you see an inefficiency, your first reaction is “how can I build a process that makes this easier on everyone?”
  • You're a project manager: able to scope, plan, and execute against a project plan with regular report outs

What You'll Do

  • Support Sales Ops: through Salesforce/Tableau data and other sources where complex data sets need to be aggregated and analyzed for solution creation
  • Support sales leadership: with one-off Salesforce data requests and dashboard updates
  • Support sales people: build activity tracking tools, metrics, dashboards, etc
  • Support IT: point of contact for our Salesforce Admin on QA, etc
  • Support finance: through quarter close processes and data loaders to Salesforce, as well as data pulls and loads on account ownership, comp attainment, and discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain vendor relationships: Data.com, Clearslide, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, et all
  • Project manage: keep consistent processes organized, meetings scheduled and facilitate, and ultimately moving cross functional groups forward
  • Multi-disciplined support: sales enablement can take many forms, particularly with a complex product solution; you will pitch in with Sales Ops colleagues to solve tough problems for sellers across multiple touchpoints!
