Elite Austin is a fast paced design company who specializes in furniture, staging, and design. We are seeking a sales & operations coordinator to join our team! We have a positive team atmosphere with self-starters who collaborate to create a successful outcome for all involved.

POSITION SUMMARY
Elite Austin is seeking a professional, sales driven people person with strong communication, project management, organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate thrives on the many details involved in sales, operations, customer relationship management, and business development. Our sales & operations coordinator is essentially the air traffic controller of our company, the hub of communication, business operations, and the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients throughout each phase of the Sales Pipeline. Key functions include: selling prospects on the benefits of our services, entering and maintaining data within our CRM software (Salesforce), scheduling projects, spearheading communication with clients and our team to ensure an elite client experience, implementing new and improved procedures to create efficiency, assuring daily operations run smoothly and supporting our team in any other manner required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sell clients on our services and guide customer relationships through the sales pipeline

• Manage prospect and customer account data in Salesforce
• The hub of communication, ensuring the flow of messages and info internally amongst departments and externally between clients and vendors
• Administer staging estimates and contracts

• Invoicing & light bookkeeping
• Plan and oversee the team calendar and scheduling
• Complete required documentation and project workflow
• Participate in weekly team meetings

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Elite Austin will only consider high energy and high integrity people for our team. We are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail with proven organizational abilities; ability to prioritize and excellent time management skills
• Sales & operations experience a plus, and drive to close new business
• Prior experience with CRM software is ideal (preferably Salesforce)
• Experience with Apple products, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Customer service and goal oriented
• Positive attitude, action-oriented executor; ability to think outside of the box and problem solve effectively & efficiently
• Our office/warehouse is located in Lake Travis so living within 30 minutes would be ideal

SCHEDULE, PAY & BENEFITS
• Full-Time, M-F, 8:30am-5pm
• Paid holidays & vacation time
• Health, dental & vision insurance
• Pay: Hourly + Bonus (DOE)
