With a $150 million funding round received recently from Insight Partners and impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding its team. We now need a Sales Operations Manager in Austin, TX to help us scale and to take Lansweeper to the next level.

As our Sales Operations Manager you are part of our Global Operations Team. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organization. You will oversee a team of Sales Operation Specialists in the US and Belgium.
A day in the life of:
- Data management, reporting, and customization of Salesforce, including CPQ
- Ensure and maintain data quality, management, and access (ex: Deduplication, cleanup, securing data getting into system)
- Refine sales policies and procedures as necessary for smoother operations
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders across functions (sales, customer success, marketing, and finance) to define and refine processes that foster alignment between the teams
- Analyze and identify gaps in business processes
- Lead or support business process innovation
- Serve as key stakeholder in revenue planning, including variable compensation plan design and ongoing administration
- Develop and maintain continuous training for stakeholders and end-users of tools and applications
- Own, develop, and maintain process and training content documentation. Manage and ensure user access and utilization
- Help the sales team stay on track with policies and procedures (e.g., documentation of their pipeline, lead follow up, and deal closure)
- Assistance with the administrative tasks in managing sales personnel, including territory assignments and realignments
- Generate and present operational and strategic insights

I have :
- 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales, and Business Process
- Is proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce.com or similar tools)
- Has strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience administering GTM tools
Going for gold :
- Has experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Project Management skills
- Experience with Salesloft, Gong, and Ringlead
- Experience in a SaaS company
