We’re based in San Francisco’s vibrant Potrero Hill neighborhood, with locations in downtown Austin, and Hyderabad, India.

This position is based in downtown Austin, Texas and reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

Do you have an in-depth understanding of sales processes? Are you comfortable working independently? Do you understand the way sales people think? Do you remain calm under pressure? Do you have a high attention and enjoyment for detail? If so, we’d love to talk with you!

  • Own the opportunity process from a sales qualified lead to close and beyond, including contracts and renewals.

  • Actively participate in Deal Desk activities to edit, review, and approve active deals.

  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to stay in close contact with the sales team to support them in their day to day activities.

  • Suggest and implement process and tool improvements to increase sales team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Onboard, train, and guide new salespeople in the use of sales tools and details of sales processes.

  • Track and analyze data to provide stakeholders with insights and recommendations to improve performance.

  • Work with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with finance to ensure for each seller the correct book of business is set and accurate commission is calculated.

  • Contribute to the growth, improvement, and innovation of InsideView’s Sales Operations team, tools, and processes.

 

About You

  • 3 years minimum experience in Sales Operations, 5+ years preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Quote, Reporting,  and Dashboard functionality 

  • Previous experience supporting a sales organization, and strong understanding of the DNA of salespeople

  • Superior time and task management skills, creative and analytical problem solver

  • Ability to handle urgent requests professionally, not easily flustered

  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented sales-driven environment but also proven successful at working cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Self-starter who remains curious and positive even in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Adaptable, fast learner able to self-regulate and remain calm under pressure

  • Excellent judgement with the ability to lean-in to problems to solve them and the understanding of when to request input from others

 

Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Currently in sales operations role at a SaaS company

  • Salesforce power user

  • Salesforce CPQ, Gainsight, Highspot, and Outreach experience a plus

  • Experienced user of Google and Microsoft Office applications

  • People management a plus
