Your Impact

The Sales Support Representative role is an important member of the team working closely with our Lead Generation team to  identify and generate new business positively impacting our  revenue.  The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Lead Generation team in their efforts to identify new clientele and drive the lead conversion and qualification process allowing us to fill the top of the sales funnel and positively impact revenue.   

What You'll Do

  • Create prospect and lead lists on a weekly and daily basis to support the lead generation team's outreach efforts in penetrating DISCO’s Total Addressable Market (TAM)
  • Own regular and ad hoc reporting for the lead generation team including monitoring rep KPIs and reporting on progress to leadership as appropriate
  • Manage the creation and import of prospects into sales systems and application of appropriate routing and cadence assignment
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the sales and lead generation strategy to inform direction  toward penetration of the TAM by the lead generation team
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership to execute our direction and strategy with regard to market penetration and segmentation
  • Research, identify, and mine data across different resources and use to augment existing Account and Contact level CRM data 
  • Build and run weekly reports to inform Sales Leadership and Business Operations of contact availability for balancing focus in named accounts and whitespace
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and coordinate implementation with development team(s) and end-users
  • Perform various data entry and data integrity tasks to provide support for Lead Gen & Sales strategy as needed
  • Coordinate with Lead Generation leadership, centralized operations, and marketing to perform data integrity tasks within Salesforce, Pardot, and Salesloft, Frontspin
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree from a four year university or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and/or Business 
  • Experience with data management and data quality best practices
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to articulate processes and gather requirements in a meaningful way with our sales and sales operations teams
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to quickly deliver on tasks and assignments
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Salesloft preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Strong analytical and accuracy skills
