We are excited to welcome an experienced Sales Training Manager to our Sales team in Austin, TX. Our culture is built on accountability, innovation and family. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives
• Define sales training process and implement certification plans
• Ongoing coaching on sales process
• Executing a New Hire training curriculum
• Winning by design certification management
• Working with Solutions Engineering team to coordinate product and process training and changes
• Rollout of new learning tools
• Collaborate with learning management team
• Curate existing/ additional sales training content

Requirements

• Experience in a Sales, Customer Success or Sales Support role preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Prior sales closing/ coaching experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment
• Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Creative and strategic thinker
