Salesforce Administrator

RigUp is hiring an experienced, problem solving, and detail-focused Salesforce Administrator who has supported high growth organizations. This role is part technical project manager and part administrator and will be working with a team of developers, analysts, and administrators. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform across multiple business units.

What you'll do:
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce.com using declarative tools: This includes custom fields and objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, process builder, flows, reports, and bulk data load utilities (e.g. Data Loader)
- Analyze business performance and manage stakeholder requirements primarily related to the Salesforce environment
- Act as point person for all Scrum and sprint related activities (scheduling & facilitating meetings, documentation, and communication to stakeholders)
- Be a key player in supporting Pardot and other 3rd party apps, working with the marketing team to ensure correct Salesforce campaign setup, data flows
- Advise the organization when necessary on how to best utilize the data within Salesforce and reporting warehouse
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Partner directly with business units to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization and successful project delivery
- Look at the SFDC ecosystem strategically and advise stakeholders on ways to improve their processes
- Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, perform maintenance, manage reporting, and assist with integrations
- Transition across multiple duties to assist with process development, technical documentation, communication, training support, etc., as needed
What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role with at least 4+ years experience building Flows and Processes
- Collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with business stakeholders, SMEs, peers, and leadership
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous self-starter, capable of working through ambiguous problems quickly and gracefully
- An unwavering attention to detail, the ability to deliver a timely and accurate product, and the aptitude to strike a balance between the two
- An obsession with going above and beyond by creating transparency and building rapport with stakeholders through collaborative and thoughtful communication
- Strong project management (Scrum preferred)
- Experience with Case Management & HelpDesk Support with a service mentality
- Integration experience with SFDC & 3rd party apps (ZenDesk, Telephony systems, HRIS, LMS, CMS)
- Lightning platform, Pardot and Zendesk experience preferred
