Sr. Leader- Duo Field Sales

What you'll do...
• Provide strong second-line sales and Global GTM leadership and executional framework for GSSO's global Duo Field Sales teams, directing sales teams that sell Duo to Enterprise customers and prospects across the Americas, EMEAR and APJC.
• Architect, implement and execute on an overarching sales strategy and plan for rapid pipeline and revenue generation for Duo offerings, from new customer acquisition to expand our market share, to expanding existing customers across our portfolio
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing field sales team, leveraging and scaling Cisco and SaaS industry best practices
• Be accountable for the attainment of assigned pipeline and bookings growth targets
• Set, track and analyze sales metrics, to understand and capitalize on sales trends and customer buying habits
• Maintain a deep level of knowledge of Duo solutions, while staying current in customer imperatives and use cases, the competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Establish and/or promote policies, processes and procedures that will ensure revenue growth
• Partner closely with the GSSO specialist and GSO portfolio seller leaders - as well as GSSO Engineering, Security Marketing, Chief of Staff/Strategy and Sales Operations extended teams, and other in-Region stakeholders - to streamline customer engagement and drive a cohesive and proactive GTM plan across the three Regions
- Influence Duo BE by providing customer and channel feedback to PM team, to shape future product features, offers and pricing/packaging strategies
Requirements:
• Innovative and results driven senior sales executive with 5+ years of SaaS Enterprise leadership experience; second-line leadership highly desired
• Must have a proven track record of success, building pipeline and driving ARR growth against targets
• Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience (including 1-2 years second-line) building, coaching and mentoring inside sales teams
• You've got a track record of setting a compelling vision for the organization, spurring creative and innovative pipeline generation approaches, and clear, compelling communications to direct teams, stakeholders and influencers.
• Experience leading inside sales organizations in an Enterprise sales model
• Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management
• Must be analytical and metrics-driven through all stages of the sales cycle
• BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience
**Note: this role will be remote to start due to COVID, but will include up to 25% travel when allowed
