As our company grows, so does our need for top talent! We are looking for a Sr Channel Manager to join our sales team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing channel partners within a defined regional territory, or with a set of focused partners to grow a joint sales pipeline. You will be handling all aspects of prospecting, onboarding and managing the ongoing partner relationships
If you were working for us today, you would be:
- Developing, onboarding and training committed, capable and scalable channel and regional SI partners to generate new business in existing accounts and/or in new markets
- Establishing and positioning SparkCognition as the leading industrial artificial intelligence solution provider, by providing a first-class partner experience and demonstrating a measurable joint pipeline and revenue growth
- Working closely with SparkCognition Sales, Marketing, SMEs and Regional Leaders to align go-to-market (GTM) activities in specific industries
- Working with SparkCognition Partners to develop and to tactically execute GTM plans which include lead generation activities, sales motions, training/education and development of joint offerings
- Providing consistent partner management to ensure that our partners develop their sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities in line with SparkCognition strategy
- Future travel of up to 50% throughout the assigned territory to customer sites as required
You might be a great fit for our team if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related
- 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Channel leadership/management, Channel development or Enterprise Sales Expertise
- 5 years of experience recruiting and developing capable, committed and scalable channel and regional SI partners and build a significant revenue stream
- 5 years of experience creating thoughtful and compelling business and use cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of the analytics market space and demonstrated interest in Machine Learning and Data Science
A willingness to travel to customers and prospects as required
