Strategic Alliance Manager - Federal and Government

 

Who You Are:

Invicti, a global leader in web security, is looking for an Strategic Alliance Manager - Federal and Government to join our growing team - that’s where you come in.

As a Strategic Alliance Manager at Invicti, you’ll work at the strategic level with public sector partner accounts, implementing a broad strategy to grow Invicti’s share of wallet. You’re someone who will build our joint partner account plans with each distributor and reseller while executing against a strategic business plan to outperform expected outcomes.

In order to excel in this role, you’re likely to be someone who already has a deep understanding of federal contract lifecycles along with a rolodex of partner contacts working within the federal space. You’re also a relationship-building powerhouse who loves to win, you thrive at providing solutions to meet partner needs, and you have the guts to negotiate the terms of those solutions without hesitation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Researching, identifying, closing, and onboarding potential federal and government enterprise partnerships
  • Building relationships with Invicti’s key partner contacts within all organizational levels - C-suite, sales teams, engineering teams, etc.
  • Executing top notch sales acumen to develop and sustain public sector business
  • Management of strategic partnerships and channel conflict
  • Participate in cross-departmental collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Facilitating the introduction of Channel partner introduction to Invicti’s Sales and Customer Success Teams
  • Ensure Partner satisfaction, business success, and commitment to Invicti’s products and services
  • Developing business, marketing, and territory planning
  • Conducting regular pipeline reviews with channel partners and MBRs to identify gaps ito the business plan
  • Promoting partner to partner collaboration 
  • Executing lead generation activities with partners 
  • Assigning revenue & certification targets

 

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of proven success working with federal resellers within a strategic/vendor alliance, channel businesses development, or related role within the SaaS industry
  • Proven history of identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive revenue share with partner accounts
  • Existing relationships with strategic reseller organizations
  • Previous experience developing go-to-market solutions with channel partners
  • College or university degree in a related field of study preferred
  • Top-notch communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to excel independently and as part of a team
  • Mastered use of Salesforce and G-Suite

Under regular, non-restricted circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
