Senior Human Resource Technology Analyst, Employee Experience
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and optimizing digital workflows and processes.
- Implementing digital solutions to support and improve self-service capabilities across technology platforms
- Ensuring the accessibility and usability of internal digital resources.
- Monitoring the performance of digital platforms and addressing any issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 year's experience in a related field; OR a master's degree and 2 year's experience; OR a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 year's experience in a related field
- Demonstrated experience with employee experience platforms, and service delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Chatbots, AI)
- Proficiency in Human Centered Design (i.e., ability to simplify complex processes with a user-centered approach)
- Experience in knowledge and information architecture
- Experience with process automation, AI/ML methodologies and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in technology systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint portals
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across teams to achieve results
- Experience building mockups for desired applications and process flow
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical abilities to identify trends in data, conduct regular reviews, and provide actionable insights
USD 77,800.00 - 116,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
