About the role:
As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the product development team, leading the creation and enhancement of innovative products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creative thinking, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product development, from concept to market launch.
Key Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation and Conceptualization:
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative and viable product ideas.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
• Drive the development of product concepts aligned with the company's vision and market demand.
• Product Design and Prototyping:
• Develop detailed product specifications and design documents.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Iterate on designs based on testing results and stakeholder feedback.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
• Work closely with engineers to assess technical feasibility and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
• Provide guidance on overcoming technical challenges during the development process.
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues identified during testing.
• Implement continuous improvement measures based on testing outcomes.
• Market Launch:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including product documentation, packaging, and promotional content.
• Monitor product performance in the market and gather feedback for future enhancements.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in product design, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years' experience in product development, with a focus on leading projects from concept to launch.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product design tools and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years' experience developing with C#
• .NET 8 using microservices architecture
• DevOps engineering and Azure deployment using containers
• React and/or Next.js using Material UI
• HTML/CSS using Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Git with BitBucket
• Agile/Scrum using Jira
• Azure SQL or SQL Server T-SQL
• UX design principles
