Gleantap is a customer engagement platform that helps member-based local businesses such as health & fitness studios drive engagement and retain more customers through smart messaging. We are a startup based in Austin, Tx and have been growing rapidly through pandemic. Health & Fitness are already seeing dramatic boom and we are at the center of it enabling the small studios all the way to big box gyms get smarter with customer engagement.

We are building our sales team and need our first few sales hunters who can drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close and help drive a predictable sales growth. If you are a proven sales pro with a hunter mentality, looking to get in the ground floor of an exciting tech startup, read on.

What you'll do

  • Prospect for potential customers through various methods - calling, linked in, networking, emailing etc.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closed sales through multiple channels - make introductory calls, respond to inbound inquiries, assess business goals through qualifying, close the deal, and own the upsell/expansion.
  • Manage your own opportunities, cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
  • Become an expert in Gleantap's product and how it drives value for various businesses.
  • Do product presentations through zoom
  • Report on Sales activity
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
