POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow our media campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of media campaign strategy from planning with clients, initial launch, and continued optimization.
- Monitor daily reporting metrics and campaign performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Proactively identify and maximize growth opportunities from a portfolio of existing campaigns.
- Utilize acquired knowledge of AdAction’s products and industry news/trends to better identify and sell partners on executing account strategy.
- As needed, coordinate activities and resources between internal teams, including sales, media, account management, operations, and finance.
- Develop account management best practices and internal processes.
- As appropriate, represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain account records.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-driven environment, managing multiple stakeholders (internal or external).
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who consistently strives to achieve goals in a manner exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.) are required… you will be tested!
- Highly analytical and incredibly attentive to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Mobile, tech, or digital media-related background a plus.
