The OpportunityWe are searching for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in the global talent acquisition process for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and other key stakeholders. We are seeking a data-analytic, process oriented leader that has a demonstrable track record of solving operational challenges, to create scalable and efficient experiences. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across multiple teams within HR including talent acquisition, HR operations, as well as other internal teams. Additionally, this role provides leadership to a newly formed team by setting clear and relevant direction while coaching and developing the team to improve productivity and engagement.
This role will report to the HR Operations Leader, and partner very closely with the Talent Acquisition leadership and team.

Responsibilities• Create and implement processes that make it easier for the organization and recruiting team to find the best talent in the most efficient way - this includes but is not limited to process improvement and analytics.
• Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition Operations team through coaching, mentorship and development on core competencies and functional skills
• The team's responsibilities include a global analyst support for recruiting systems, interfaces and operational data; team of US recruiting coordinators focused on our candidate experience (interview scheduling, travel) and programs (background checks, on-boarding, etc.)
• Navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Build strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition leadership team and recruiting team, creating shared short-term and long-term talent acquisition goals around operational excellence
• Partner with data analysts to design recruiting metrics and dashboards, and leverage analytical data to improve effectiveness of Talent Acquisition programs
• Incorporate feedback in talent acquisition processes on a regular basis, with an eye to scale
• Project manage key initiatives and improvements within the talent acquisition space, leveraging established best practices
• Implements innovative recruitment tools and processes to drive success
• Ensures consistency, quality and compliance for the recruiting lifecycle

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience managing and coaching a team in a high growth environment
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, analyst and/or data
• Demonstrated track record of driving process optimization within recruiting
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, and track record of taking initiative
• Ability to prioritize, and set clear expectations
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience with HR/Recruiting technology including HRIS, ATS, reporting tools; Proficiency in Excel
