Clerk raised $30M. Clerk works at digitizing brick-and-motor stores, specifically grocery chains. After raising a Series A round two years ago, Clerk has been able to launch Grocery TV, an advertising network with screens at checkout aisles. The company plans to install over 3,000 next month. SonarSource is expanding. SonarSource is a Switzerland-based company that is expanding its presence in Austin after a $412 million funding round. The company allows software engineers to find security vulnerabilities and provide clean code. The company will soon move its Austin office to 206 E. BigCommerce acquired BundleB2B. BigCommerce works with B2C and B2B brands to grow their businesses with its e-commerce platform. The company acquired BundleB2B, a partner of BigCommerce meant to work exclusively with B2B merchants. The integration will provide a wider range of solutions on the BigCommerce platform.
