AMFG raised $8.5M. AMFG develops manufacturing and workflow automation software. With its latest raise, AMFG will be able to help more manufacturing companies ramp up their production through automation. According to Crunchbase, the company was founded in England but has since relocated its headquarters to Austin. [AMFG]

Bold Commerce appointed a new CEO. Bold Commerce develops custom checkout and subscription experiences for online retailers and direct-to-consumer brands. Last week, the company appointed Peter Karpas as its new CEO. Karpas, who has previous experience at PayPal, Intuit and First Data, will lead Bold Commerce as it expands to enterprise and mid-market territory. [Bold Commerce]

Cart.com partnered with FedEx. Cart.com, an e-commerce digital solutions company is working with FedEx to use data and create new logistics solutions like frictionless returns and enhanced visibility shipping. Prado got $5.75M. Jon Carter founded Prado, an e-commerce and logistics platform for meal delivery companies. Last week, the company raised $5.75 million in a seed round led by  Bonfire Ventures. With the new capital, Prado is looking to scale its team and platform. [Built In Austin]
