Austin-based professional services platform 8am, which serves legal and accounting firms, has announced three new executive leadership appointments. Jeff Sidell has been named chief technology officer, Nathan Pace has been appointed chief operating and financial officer and Nate Skinner will serve as chief revenue officer, overseeing both sales and marketing.
In a news release issued Tuesday, the company said the appointments strengthen its leadership team with expertise in technology, operations and go-to-market strategy. Together, the executives are expected to help advance 8am’s vision of creating a more “intelligent future for professional work.”
As chief technology officer, Sidell will lead the company’s technology strategy and oversee platform development and AI innovation across 8am’s product suite, including 8am LawPay and 8am MyCase. Pace will take on a newly consolidated role, managing company operations, financial strategy and cross-functional performance. Skinner, who previously served as 8am’s chief marketing officer, will now lead the company’s go-to-market organization, focusing on aligning revenue strategy with the company’s brand, platform vision and customer outcomes.
