Provide exceptional member service, consult on financial needs, recommend products, process transactions, manage cash and branch operations, coach team members, ensure compliance, support business development and community outreach, and perform supervisory duties including audits, vault/ATM responsibilities, and branch opening/closing.

Lead and maintain the mortgage quality control program for origination and servicing. Manage third-party loan reviews, perform root-cause analyses, track loan pipeline and HMDA data, ensure compliance with GSE and regulatory requirements, report findings, recommend corrective actions, and train staff on loan quality and compliance.

Manage vehicle repossession, recovery, and remarketing; perform skip-tracing; generate legal notices; manage titles, invoices, and auction floor pricing; negotiate with members, agencies, and auctions to minimize losses and recommend account placements.

Lead the credit union's lending compliance program, manage a team, design and execute risk-based compliance controls, oversee testing, fair lending, HMDA, and regulatory change management, support audits/exams, provide training, and partner with stakeholders to mitigate lending compliance risks.

Serve as senior in-house legal advisor for a federally chartered credit union: provide regulatory and risk-based counsel, manage litigation and outside counsel, draft and negotiate contracts, support governance and regulatory exams, lead enterprise legal strategy, mentor teams, and represent the institution in advocacy and industry engagements.
