Manage a large portfolio of recruiting requisitions, partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, source and close candidates, and support high-volume hiring. The recruiter will focus on construction and subcontractor-related roles, maintain strong candidate and hiring-team relationships, ensure timely communication, and use data and reporting to track progress and accountability.

Ensure safe execution of energization and isolation activities during construction commissioning for data centers. Manage electrical room access, LOTO program, pre-energization inspections, audits, and compliance with energy isolation standards. Serve as SME, attend HRA/JHA meetings, review commissioning plans and quality reports, advise teams, and stop unsafe energy practices.

Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, safety, permits, subcontractor negotiations, project documentation and closeout for assigned commercial/Data Center construction projects while maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.

Support capture planning and proposal development, create and edit marketing collateral (brochures, presentations), manage qualifications and project content, coordinate with BD and creative teams, perform research and maintain marketing plans and libraries, and ensure brand/quality standards across deliverables.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.
