Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, conduct personalized multi-channel outreach, qualify AI-related needs, book qualified meetings, and maintain accurate pipeline data. The role also contributes to building a scalable outbound playbook by analyzing messaging, personas, industries, and prospecting approaches.

Lead client discovery and product strategy for AI-enabled products, align stakeholders, define value-driven roadmaps, and maintain product ownership through delivery. Coach and build the product/design practice, support presales and account growth, and embed AI-enabled workflows, governance, evaluation, and change management into client engagements and internal practices.
