AC Disaster Consulting Benefits Overview

Provides senior advisory support for governmental grant accounting and financial management. Reviews policies, procedures, workflows, internal controls, reconciliations, reimbursements, reporting, and compliance practices; identifies risks and inefficiencies; develops SOPs, process improvements, QA/QC tools, training materials, and implementation plans. Advises stakeholders on federal grant requirements, allowable costs, audit readiness, and financial reporting while supporting the Harris County Flood Control District Finance Department.
