The Installed Base Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and utilization in Accuray's installed customer base, expanding software adoption, managing renewals, and fostering relationships within oncology environments to enhance customer value.

Lead regional commercial strategy and coverage across assigned states, maintain and expand installed base, drive upgrades and adoption, manage customer relationships and escalations, present Accuray technologies to clinical and C-suite stakeholders, coordinate with clinical applications and service teams, and travel frequently to support sales and installations.

Sell Accuray radiotherapy systems regionally, meeting capital quotas by driving new system placements and competitive displacements. Manage 12–24 month committee-based sales cycles, maintain 4x pipeline coverage and ±10% forecast accuracy, engage C-suite and clinical champions, partner with technical and clinical teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure disciplined Salesforce CRM usage.
