Creates, shoots, edits, writes, and publishes original content; manages calendars, creators, communities, and brand voice; tracks cultural trends; and analyzes performance to grow engagement and audience reach. The role also supports customer interactions, escalations, and alignment between social initiatives and broader marketing goals.

Own CTV and Podcast paid media strategy, execution, agency relationships, testing, creative performance, and optimization. Coordinate integrated paid-media planning, campaign workback schedules, creative requests, tracking, launch readiness, and cross-functional communication. Use analytics, incrementality studies, measurement, and performance reporting to guide investment decisions and support customer acquisition and growth goals.
