Provide hands-on IT and security administration for a 14-person remote team using Mac, Windows, and Google Workspace. Responsibilities include endpoint protection, patching, account security, alert monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, transition setup, documentation, and proactive issue identification. The administrator or MSP must personally perform the work, support small businesses, and maintain a practical, lean security environment.

Provides senior-level review and sign-off of Quality of Earnings reports, validating EBITDA and SDE adjustments, normalized earnings, working capital, cash proof, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers. The role challenges conclusions, ensures reports are defensible, communicates with lenders and underwriters, coaches analysts, and improves QoE methodologies and quality-control processes.
