Track content-generated leads from target accounts, report performance weekly, and eventually own the Builder’s content plan. The role requires independent writing, analytics, campaign packaging, customer interviewing, AI-assisted workflows, and strong technical English.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, marketing, and sales roles. Responsibilities include intake meetings, direct sourcing, pipeline development, structured interviews, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, offer closing, ATS management, recruiting analytics, and process improvement.
