Supports national Department of Transportation projects by identifying bids, reviewing plans, performing material takeoffs, preparing quotes and submittals, and ensuring products meet DOT specifications. Collaborates with sales representatives, engineers, contractors, and customers; tracks project progress in Salesforce and updates Power BI reports. The role requires blueprint interpretation, storm sewer product expertise, quote coordination, and cross-functional project process management.

Leads technical marketing initiatives and product approval processes for public stormwater projects with state DOTs and municipalities. The role develops technical presentations, builds regulatory relationships, supports sales and product teams, identifies project opportunities, and expands product adoption. Candidates must have civil engineering experience, preferably a PE license, strong communication and project management skills, Salesforce experience, and the ability to travel up to two weeks monthly while visiting construction sites.
