The Program Manager will be responsible for managing project plans, coordinating with internal and external teams, driving effective meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring timely project completion. They will also review project status with customers and management teams, and implement engineering change orders (ECOs) when needed.

Provide efficient and professional customer support for key customers in North, Central, and South America. Manage service requests, evaluate support needs, and communicate effectively with internal teams. Must have 4 years of experience in a customer success environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
