Lead all production aspects for assigned events: advance technical logistics, manage budgets and expenses, coordinate vendors and staff, oversee day-of-show operations from load-in to load-out, recruit and supervise production personnel, maintain technical assets and inventories, and ensure contractual and client requirements are met for successful live events.

Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional plans for shows and venue launches. Manage budgets, media buying, digital advertising, CRM, email/SMS, social, partnerships, publicity, and vendor relations. Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and team leadership while building community and tourism partnerships to drive ticket sales and venue visibility.
