The Vice President, Global Head of Reporting and Governance will establish global reporting frameworks and governance standards in Finance Operations, ensuring data integrity and driving transparency in financial processes.

The Vice President, Global Head of Accounts Receivable leads the Order-to-Cash process, enhancing cash flow and operational discipline across multiple entities while driving performance improvements and managing a global team.

Lead and manage global Accounts Payable operations, standardize processes, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive automation initiatives while fostering a high-performing team.

Supervise and perform compliance reviews required by the Standard Re-Insurance Agreement, analyze documentation for RMA rule adherence, approve/process quality control and claim reviews, train staff, manage staffing activities, collaborate on policy/procedure updates, and support IT enhancements to improve QC processes.

Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA). Perform production history audits, policy and claim assessments, monitor RMA compliance cases and HyDRA reports, draft formal responses, and support process/system improvements and Quality Control reporting.
