Prepares statutory, group, local, and regulatory financial reports, financial statements, audit schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and control certifications. Supports internal and external audits, resolves reporting discrepancies, maintains accounting documentation, and coordinates with finance stakeholders across entities and regions. The role also contributes to process improvement, UAT, month-end closing, regulatory submissions, and guidance for junior team members.

Supports Group and local financial and management reporting, including consolidation, analysis, quality review, process improvements, controls, and responses to reporting queries. Ensures business-unit submissions comply with Group standards and reporting procedures. Maintains process manuals, control checklists, and training materials while supporting system and process enhancements across a multinational, regionally oriented environment.

Manage end-to-end Group Office Expense governance, reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and recharge consolidation. Partner with finance stakeholders and cost-center owners, support management reviews, maintain compliance and audit readiness, coach FP&A team members, and drive process standardization, automation, optimization, and system enhancements.
