Manages the planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality, safety, procurement, contracts, and closeout of assigned data center construction projects. Coordinates project teams, owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, officials, and internal departments. Oversees change orders, cost controls, pay requests, risk management, regulatory requirements, project documentation, and client communications while meeting profitability, schedule, and quality goals.

Coordinates marketing and proposal development activities for a construction management firm. Responsibilities include researching qualifications and competitors, writing and editing proposal content, creating brochures and presentations, developing page layouts and graphics, maintaining marketing libraries and databases, tracking pursuit activities, and supporting business development teams. The role requires strong persuasive writing, design judgment, strategic thinking, construction industry knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Oversee safe energization and isolation activities during data center construction and commissioning. Manage LOTO programs, electrical room access, pre-energization inspections, audits, safety meetings, and compliance with safe work practices. Review commissioning plans and quality reports, interpret electrical line drawings, guide teams on energy isolation procedures, and stop unsafe work. The role requires strong electrical safety expertise, construction commissioning experience, NFPA 70E certification, and the ability to work in physically demanding site conditions.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, training programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction-related education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, discretion, and the ability to follow directions. General construction knowledge and experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, or CMiC are advantageous.
