Provides bilingual Spanish-English customer support for the CompliancePro SaaS platform through phone, email, and chat. Resolves technical, product, process, and compliance questions; assists with navigation, contractor account changes, and mergers. Documents cases in Salesforce or a CRM, monitors customer health, supports product adoption, escalates issues, and collaborates internally to improve customer experience and support processes.

Lead and mentor DevOps engineers while designing, operating, and improving CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes and Kafka environments, and observability solutions. Partner with architecture, security, data, development, and product teams to improve application resiliency, uptime, performance, and operational best practices across SaaS production systems.

Lead GTM change management and sales enablement programs to improve seller readiness, adoption, and productivity. Design and deliver enablement content, sales plays, runbooks, and field communications; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; plan SKOs; measure outcomes and iterate based on CRM/BI data.
