Sells attic insulation products and services to residential and commercial customers. Evaluates existing systems, measures insulation needs, prepares compliant proposals, advises customers, obtains signed contracts, and coordinates installation completion and customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.

Leads regional sales performance across multiple service centers, driving revenue and profitability through pricing strategy, process improvement, coaching, staffing, and manager development. Oversees more than 70 Comfort Advisors, establishes sales projections, monitors market trends, collaborates with marketing, and strengthens customer experience. Requires multi-location leadership experience, strong communication and recruiting skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Supports incentive compensation administration, reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and financial modeling. Maintains plan data, controls, documentation, and audit trails while analyzing payout trends and plan costs. Partners with Finance, HR, Payroll, Sales, Compensation, and Operations on plan changes and implementation. Identifies process automation and data-quality improvements and contributes to broader FP&A initiatives.
