Own and expand a portfolio of 6–9 strategic health system accounts, lead complex enterprise sales and multi-year expansions, and selectively pursue marquee national accounts. Build executive relationships across clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders; develop CFO-grade ROI models; shape decision criteria; negotiate high-value agreements; and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive adoption, value realization, forecasting, and long-term account growth.

The Business Operations Lead will drive cross-functional initiatives, redesign workflows, manage pricing strategy, and establish operational processes to enhance company efficiency and scalability.

As a Strategic Growth Executive, you will drive growth through partnerships with health systems, managing the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Own and scale Ambience's 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast; lead annual planning, monthly forecast vs. actuals reporting, cash forecasting, and board materials; build pipeline-to-revenue forecasting engines; partner with GTM, RevOps, Product, and Accounting to ensure GAAP-ready forecasting and margin representation.

Lead and build Ambience's accounting function: own monthly close, US GAAP financial statements, external audit, internal controls, tax compliance, treasury, accounting policy (ASC 606/842), systems implementation, and a growing accounting team while partnering with finance, legal, and operations to support scale.

The Head of National Strategic Accounts will drive Ambience's revenue by winning large health system accounts, leveraging relationships, and coaching the sales team on complex deal strategies.
