Entry-level remote internship supporting the Asset Sustainability Group with reporting, data entry, research, and organization of building and energy-related information. Tasks include AI-assisted research, Energy Star data population, asset inventory and floorplan organization, site visits with LiDAR/photogrammetry, and support for project scheduling and deliverables.

Lead building performance analysis and measurement & verification for multi-site portfolios. Assist through construction, commissioning, and operations while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with codes and performance objectives.

Lead on-site execution of modular central utility plant installations and equipment replacements in active, mission-critical facilities. Oversee subcontractors, schedule shutdowns/tie-ins, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with engineers/commissioning teams, manage budget, procurement, logistics, commissioning, and turnover to operations while minimizing disruption to campus or facility services.

Lead setup, configuration, and ongoing management of cellular backhaul, in-home Wi‑Fi, and EMS/BAS devices across multiple sites. Coordinate vendors, support HVAC controls and Yardi integration, monitor network performance, troubleshoot offline devices, deliver technical training, and support testing, rollout, and operation of multisite EMS solutions for military housing.

Lead and grow a remote renewable energy engineering team, acting as technical owner for solar PV, BESS, microgrid, and EV charging projects. Partner with sales on technical strategy and proposals, oversee advanced energy and dispatch modeling, utility interconnection, vendor escalation, financial review, construction support, commissioning, and process improvement. Mentor engineers, allocate resources, and travel up to 25% for site visits and customer meetings.

Analyze interval utility and submeter data, execute MBCx and FDD workflows, support metering and EMIS/DAS integration, quantify energy and demand savings, verify M&V performance, and present actionable recommendations to facility stakeholders.

The Control Systems Integrator designs, implements, and optimizes Direct Digital Control systems for building automation projects, collaborating with teams for successful integration, testing, and client training.

The Energy Engineer evaluates energy savings opportunities, analyzes utility data, oversees MBCx workflows, and delivers technical reports and presentations.
