Leads community recovery efforts for a long-term disaster recovery operation. Conven es stakeholders, develops and supports recovery groups, identifies community priorities, manages program implementation, monitors activities, analyzes data, prepares reports, improves procedures, supports funding initiatives, and builds partner relationships. The hybrid Austin-based role requires frequent travel to impacted communities and collaboration with internal and external organizations.

Manage the Community Adaptation program by building partner networks and workforce, conducting community needs assessments, overseeing grant compliance and reporting, leading outreach and communications, coordinating with internal teams for preparedness and response, and supporting volunteer mobilization and budget development.
