Develop and execute quality control programs for small and mid-sized construction projects. Responsibilities include planning QC phases, creating inspection templates, inspecting materials and installations, coordinating third-party testing, documenting deficiencies, tracking corrective actions, reporting QC status, supporting commissioning, interfacing with clients and project teams, and overseeing punch lists and closeout.

Leads HITT’s registered apprenticeship program across multiple states, trades, and projects. Oversees governance, apprentice enrollment and progression, instruction, mentorship, budgets, KPIs, compliance, audits, and workforce reporting. Ensures alignment with Department of Labor, state agencies, Davis-Bacon, CHIPS, IRA, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and NCCER requirements. Builds partnerships with industry, education, and workforce organizations; develops instructors and craft mentors; expands skilled-trades pathways and learning programs.
