Owns complex fund- and joint-venture-level financial models for investor distributions, returns, waterfalls, carried interest, preferred returns, and capital accounts. Performs scenario, sensitivity, and period-over-period attribution analyses; reconciles models to actual operating, cash, debt, and investor data; and enforces model governance and quality control. Partners with asset management, investor relations, FP&A, acquisitions, capital markets, and accounting while presenting portfolio performance and strategic insights to senior management and institutional investors.

The VP of Portfolio Strategy & Analytics will lead data-driven insights into asset performance, ensuring strategic capital allocation and optimizing portfolio returns. They will collaborate with various departments to enhance decision-making, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.

The Analyst in Portfolio Management creates financial models, prepares investor presentations, collaborates on initiatives, and provides analysis for strategic decision making in real estate finance.

Lead management of complex property, casualty, catastrophe, auto, and workers' compensation claims; oversee TPAs and vendors; evaluate coverage, reserves, and settlements; mentor claims staff; drive process improvements, KPIs, and catastrophe response.

Lead the vision and execution of data product roadmap; translate business needs into epics and acceptance criteria; partner with data engineering and analytics; run agile ceremonies and manage backlog; champion data-as-a-product; scope and pilot AI/ML capabilities; present roadmaps and business cases to leadership.
