Builds employer and community relationships, identifies opportunities, develops proposals and pricing, manages the full sales cycle, and tracks pipeline performance in CRM systems. Maintains executive-level partnerships, conducts strategic reviews, introduces offerings, and collaborates with operations and leadership. The role requires strong networking, negotiation, presentation, communication, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills, along with significant travel and remote work capability.

Provides customer service and enrollment support to prospective commercial motor vehicle training students. Conducts outreach, interviews, campus tours, presentations, and follow-up throughout enrollment. Builds relationships with employers, military agencies, funding organizations, and community partners; attends engagement events, tracks applications and enrollments, prepares reports, and identifies program growth opportunities.
