Manage prospective and enrolled student accounts through outbound and inbound calls, provide program information, facilitate enrollments, complete admissions requirements, and support students throughout registration. Leads regional business development, key account management, partnership growth, and revenue initiatives for workforce training programs. Builds employer and community relationships, identifies opportunities, develops proposals and pricing, manages the full sales cycle, and tracks pipeline performance in CRM systems. Maintains executive-level partnerships, conducts strategic reviews, introduces offerings, and collaborates with operations and leadership. The role requires strong networking, negotiation, presentation, communication, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills, along with significant travel and remote work capability.

Provides customer service and enrollment support to prospective commercial motor vehicle training students. Conducts outreach, interviews, campus tours, presentations, and follow-up throughout enrollment. Builds relationships with employers, military agencies, funding organizations, and community partners; attends engagement events, tracks applications and enrollments, prepares reports, and identifies program growth opportunities.

Advises prospective and current students on Title IV financial aid, FAFSA completion, loan counseling, eligibility, verification, and payment plans. Reviews and resolves conflicting documentation, prepares financial aid estimates and student packages, uploads records into CampusVue, tracks activities, maintains compliance and accuracy, and coordinates with admissions and campus leadership regarding outstanding requirements.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students, facilitate enrollments, ensure admissions requirements are completed, track student dispositions in internal systems, and support team initiatives and trainings.
