Responsibilities include customer onboarding, account and warehouse setup, permissions, data ingestion, query optimization, cost reporting, incident response, escalation support, and automation using Python and Terraform. The role also advises customers and internal teams on data platform best practices and participates in on-call rotations.

Design, build, operate, and debug scalable Java platform services running on AWS. Develop authentication, data-store connectivity, and access-control systems for enterprise customers. Define non-functional requirements and SLOs, resolve production issues, collaborate on large-scale features, improve engineering processes, and promote platform and security best practices through mentorship and documentation.
