Lead sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for G&A/corporate roles and build a university relations and internship program. Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, conduct screening, coordinate interview loops, provide data-driven updates to stakeholders, and execute campus outreach and intern cohort selection.

Coordinate complex interview schedules across time zones, manage candidate communications and logistics (rooms, travel, expenses), maintain ATS data integrity, support recruiters and hiring managers with process documentation and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
